It all depends on the person really. I personally judge little on looks and go more for personality. I mean looks playa a little in it, but I judge a guy on how he treats me personally. Being kind, funny, caring to a girl will definately win her over. I like it when a guy includes me in, and occasionally asks what I think, what I want to do, how I feel. And personally I am a very affectionate person so I tend to go towards guys who don't mind me holding their hand, hugging them, cuddling, kissing etc, because I don't mind it when they do it to me. (This is all just preference for me.)
