Women want to be told they are beautiful but you need to realize that women/girls when told they are loved truly take that to heart. But any pretty women sometimes has a secret they don't want to tell my advise to you is if you truly LOVE her tell her she will believe you.

Most of the time they want the same things everyone else wants and that is to love and be loved, have a career, a famly, a happy life, etc. They want the same things as everyone else.
