That would be no, if I'm driving in Indiana, Michigan can't come in and suspend my license because they don't have jurisdiction in Indiana. However, Michigan could suspend my Indiana license if I was driving in Michigan.
Yes they could contact the WV Driver license to do so.
Where on your licence is it? Is it listed as the licence class, does it appear on the list of restrictions, or....? That information would be needed before this question could be answered.
Since you have DUI I suspect that your licence was also pulled so you now have a suspended licence. To drive another's car with a suspended licence is not only illegal but rather a bum deal for the person who owns the car. If you had an accident they would be libel for the damages and could loose insurance and the car because you were the driver. I wouldn't loan you a car for the above reasons.
The driver door does not unlock the power locks for a few reasons. This motor could be burned out or the wires could not be attached correctly.
could you collect unemployment being suspend till further notice
In California none of these are enough to have a judge revoke your licence. Fines, tickets maybe a few days jailtime but at most a judge would only suspend your licence.
His reasons for suspending are known only to him, but, yes, theoretically he could step back in at any time, e.g. if McCain died.
Could be a fine, or suspension of your driver's license. In Pennsylvania, they can suspend your car's registration, and/or tow the car away
He gets arrested.Added: You could consult with an attorney to determine if you have a suit against the cab drivers employer. If it was an "independent" cab (driver-owned) then you might have a suit against the driver and/or his insurance company.
This could be as difficult as convincing motor vehicles to replace your driver's licence for a better one or to get your passport replaced for one with a better photo. None of them care for how "flattering" the photo is, just that it identifies you. At least for the driver's licence, you can "lose" it then pay for a replacement :-) But the photo is just as likely to be "bad" :-(
If you're caught, depending on what the restriction is, you could be fined, and even have your licence suspended.
