Many churches will hold weddings for people that aren't members of their congregation or who don't attend their services. You'll just have to ask around at some churches in your area to see if they will let you use their building. Be aware that some churches will charge extra fees to use their building if you are not a member of their church.

The largest in terms of membership is the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon") church - over half of the people in Utah are Mormon. The largest church building or largest congregation is difficult to determine since most churches dont release that information, but there are several large Catholic and Christian churches. The Mormon church has several large buildings (including the 1.4 million square foot conference center which seats over 21,000) but as they are not used for weekly congregational worship I would not call them 'churches'.
