Not at all. The original 'Halloween 3, Season of the Witch' has absolutely nothing to do with the Michael Myers; Halloween movies. In fact Michael isn't even in Halloween 3 except during once scene you see 'Halloween' playing on a TV in the background. The new 2011 'Halloween 3' remake will be directed by Patrick Lussier.
Then ...why wasn't the teenager who totaled my truck on 11/29/10 cell phone confiscated by the police at the scene?

Well, they already have, kind of. When Puck's in his cocoon thingie in the fourth book, Sabrina says she was glad it was him who kissed her. Puck tells Sabrina that he thinks she's pretty, not to mention the fact that he tries to kiss her twice. But if you mean admitting it outright, I don't know. There probablywill be a scene like that in the last book.
Love Hurts-Nazareth
I don't understand the question at all.
NO! the only holiday that figures in the story is Halloween, E.T. goes as himself in a Halloween procession of trick-or-treaters. Whole story takes place in suburban California, not the most ( Christmassy) landscape.
