Forget these high carb - low carb diets. Diets are horrible they lead to poor health conditions. Here is a sure-fire 100% way to get fat off and keep it off. Eat lots of greens, eat some lean meats drink lots of water eat lots of fruit and exercise. It wont be easy and if you hate healthy foods and don't like exercise it will be hell. Try to eat everything as close to it's purest form as possible. Meaning don't eat soup with veggies and beef from a can because it's PACKED with sodium. Which is a no no if you want to lose weight. Consume sodium but not tons. Eat fresh things if you want soup make it. For exercise do lots of cardio, forget those sit ups! They will not tone or get rid of fat. Main thing....eat healthy and do lots of cardio and rest! Hope that helped. :)
