There are different rules applicable to different aspects of Muslim life. It is a bit difficult to answer your question, unless you can be more specific.

The problem is that individuals who think they are bigger than Islam and bigger tha Allah, start changing the rules to suit themselves and their own interests. Take suicide bombing for example...

The Quran (The divine word of Allah) specifically forbids suicide, it does not allow it under certain circumstances or under certain conditions, but you get some people who tend to think they can justify it by saying it is done for religion...these idiots need to ask themselves how is it possible to defy a command of Allah and yet claim that you are doing it for him...
