After extensive research it has not been possible to find any information at all regarding a game called "Here I Am". Perhaps this game goes by another name, but unfortunately due to being unable to find results it is difficult for one to provide rules to the game.
Rules for the game are quite extensive, much more than anyone can list here. I suggest you go to the NHL website at www.NHL.com, click on rules and read and/or download the rulebook.

You can get the rules from Hasbro's web site here: http://www.hasbro.com/common/instruct/Conflict.PDF There are some general rules here: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/147314 http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/69952 both of the pages have general information and some specific rules. I also found Conflict in a list of game rules for sale on this site, if you want some official ones: http://www.darwinsgamecloset.com/rules-page-2.html Another option is to buy a copy of the game. I saw one on eBay as I was searching for the rules, so they are still out there. z
