holy water, white clothing, candle, holy oil
At a Catholic Mass, there are hymns sung, with readings from The Bible, and prayer. There is also the Holy Communion. This is where members of the church receive bread discs and wine to symbolize the body and blood of Christ. This is delivered by elders of the Church.
Catholic clarification:
In Catholicism, once they have been consecrated by the priest, the wafers of unleaven bread and wine cease to be bread and wine. They become, through transubstantiation, the actual body and blood of Christ. They do not simply 'symbolize' the body and blood of Christ.
Just communion, but you can do reconciliation during/before the mass. Also, if it is wedding, well than you can have up to three. It depends on the circumstances.
