I-caps is a vitamin, it can cause some side effects such as constipation, stomach upset, discoloration of urine, dizziness, diarrhea, even yellow pigmentation of the skin which is caused my carotene found in these vitamins. I work in the medical field and have many patients taking this drug with little to no side effects. Most of these side effects, if experienced at all should subside within a few days, once your body builds up a tolerance to the new medication. However, if they last more than 1 week I wouldn't recommend taking this vitamin again until consulting your physician.
