Business correspondence is a process of encoding and decoding message through personal or corporate interest of both parties. In the encoding process, the writer has to be intelligently conceptualize the message in consideration about format and content. While decoding process is to let the message addressed act the necessary procedure or steps in order to come the desired response to the decoder. In a simple way, business correspondence is similarly explaining the purpose of writing and to let the receiver understand ideas interrelated each other. Because the writer, most likely is to get relevant feedback from the receiver.

Actually, business correspondent is the arena of being literal, interpretive, and applied. And beyond these three enumerated characteristics it is not only the writer is to be conceived intelligent but also the receiver. Because what the channel said, "did you understand the message?" Here comes the inspiration on the part of the receiver, because it is a pride to anybody that of being received a letter. Which means, both are on the proper position and to continue building up the nation into the world of business.

Our generation, telling us something new and culturally acceptable in any places of the world. For the new generations, it is okay for them to accept immediately and analyzing it later on. While the old generations as to their experiences and being historian they immediately cancelled the thoughts and replace if possible. The old doesn't want to continue a super living society, its alright that we places our suggestions and corrections through mass media interaction and reforms. Because business correspondence is not only used to personal communication but all though tout channels that will reach to the minds of a right person, and even those who opposed.
