The main difference between the two is that, Asperger's is an autistic spectrum disorder, a neurological disorder, that you are either born with or you're not and is not something that can really ever go away for good. Whereas OCD is a mental illness, an anxiety disorder, that you're not born with but can be developed over time, but you can also recover fully from it too.
With behaviours, Asperger's is more about how it may affect someone's social and educational abilities primarily, and their need for routine in their life is just a necessity for them, they don't view it as wrong or distressing. But someone with OCD feels they have to perform rituals or something awful could happen, to them or their family or friends, so they perform it to ease the intrusive thought. But due to the nature of the condition, these rituals and routines may cause a lot of stress and worry for someone with OCD.
