Sorry, not fish. But all repiles and birds lay eggs (which is sort of semi-internal) [note there are a few exceptions which have live births {i.e, the egg developes inside}] and all mammals have internal reproduction.

Neither. 88.95% of all species of repiles are thought to be endemic. 773 out of 869 known species are thought to be, no one's 100% sure though

Why repiles do not need water for reproduction?

Simply because they reproduce by means of internal fertilization. The embryos either develop externally inside a soft-shelled egg, or internally in the female reptile.

What is a Placochelys dinosaur?

Acutally, Placochelys was a placodont, not a dinosaur. Placodonts are a group of strange, aquatic repiles that resemble many modern reptiles but aren't related to them or to dinosaurs. A Placochelys looked like a sea turtle, but with huge buck teeth for crushing the shells of aquatic creatures and big bony armor plates on its back (like ankylosaurus). This armor protected it from the few other predators of the time, but made it a slow swimmer; it needed to live in shallow water close to shore so it didn't drown. Placochelys lived in the Late Triassic, when the first dinosaurs had just evolved and the land was ruled by the early crocodiles and their relatives. The slow and heavy placodonts were being replaced by swifter aquatic reptiles like the plesiosaurs and ichthyosaurs. The Triassic Period ended with a fairly large extinction event that killed off many groups of animals including the placodonts.

What was the largest aquatic reptile?

The present day saltwater crocodile can reach lengths of 6 meters (20 feet) comparded to the other fearsome reptile, the Komodo dragons 2 to 3 metres (6.6 to 9.8 ft), the croc comes out an easy winner. When prehistoric animals are considered, Deinosuchus (an ancient crocodile), measuring up to 12 m (40 ft) and weighing up to 8.5 metric tons beats out all it modern relatives. But beating all comers was Kronosaurus (12.8 m long (42 ft) long). It was probably the largest marine reptile that ever lived. It was a plesiosaur, a meat-eating marine reptile living in the Late Cretaceous Period. Similar sized snakes prowled the Amazon area back in those days as well.Do not confuse dinosaur s with repiles hover. These grew much bigger but were a different species entirely.
