The first night of Passover in Israel and the first 2 nights outside of Israel are observed through a religious ceremony in the home, this ceremony is called a 'seder' that is incorporated into dinner. During the seder, the story of the Israelites' exodus from Egypt is read.

Eucharist is a Christian rite that is essentially is an expression of faith in Jesus. Some Christian sects believe that the body and blood of Jesus are present in the bread and wine they consume during this rite.

There are absolutely no ties between a seder and eucharist.

At the "last Supper" that Jesus had with His disciples that was the celebration of "Passover" To understand the Passover you will have to read Genesis, chapter 12, and Deuteronomy 16: 1-8.

During this Passover meal Jesus gave His disciple their last instructions, because he knew he was going to the cross to die the next day. You can read about this "Last Supper" that Jesus had with His disciples in John, chapters 13;14.

Another View:

To begin with, the term 'Last Supper' does not appear in the New Testament. Jesus was eating His 4th Passover meal with His disciples before He was to suffer and die during the daylight portion of the Passover for all mankind (see Luke 22:15-16; 1 Corinthians 5:7). Many in Christianity have dubbed this Passover meal as the 'Last Supper' and teach this meal provides the 'scriptural basis' of their daily communion or Eucharist or Holy Communion known as the Lord's Supper. Many Protestants call this meal the Lord's Supper while Eastern Orthodox call it the 'Mystical Supper'.

That being said, the similarities between the modern Lord's Supper and the biblical Passover are the symbols of bread and wine representing Christ's body and blood shed for mankind for the forgiveness of sins. There are major omissions or differences between it being a daily event or a memorial to be held on the day of Passover - 14 Nisan in the Hebrew calendar. Also, Jesus washed all the disciples feet before that meal to symbolize against the culture of the day, how a highly recognized rabbi - in this case the Son of God - would in humility wash the feet of His disciples. This basically showed Peter and company to cast away all pride when serving God. For Jesus, the more people hurt, the more He gave by loving them giving all His disciple His example (read John 13, especially verses 12-17 to understand more fully).

Jesus said He would not eat again of the Passover meal until all is fulfilled (Luke 22:15-16). This tells us the Feast Day is to be remembered, along with the other Holy Days of God, throughout the year until His 2nd Coming.

Both Easter and Holi are based off of religions and represent fertility and harvest. Easter originates from the Greek goddess "Istara" (not sure if spelled right) who was the goddess of fertility. However, Holi was not quite this elaborate, it is just a ceremony that includes dancing and other festivities.

There aren't any.

Pesach commemorates the exodus from Egypt, and the begining of the Jewish people as a nation. It also marks the beginning of Spring.

Christmas commemorates the birth of Jesus, mixed with many pagan rituals.

In the synoptic gospels (Matthew, Mark and Luke), the Last Supper takes place on the evening of the day of the Passover - it is the Jewish Seder feast. Mark's Gospel says that the Supper took about three hours, the traditional duration of the feast of the Passover, and that it was finished with a hymn.

John's Gospel moves the chronology (eg John 19:14) so that Jesus was crucified on the day of Preparation for the Passover, and therefore this gospel omits the ritual Last Supper. Apart from mentioning that Jesus and the disciples had their evening meal, John replaces the Last Supper narrative by a ritual in which Jesus washes the feet of the disciples. Here there is no similarity.

Cultural Christians with no real connection to the religion usually manage to celebrate Christmas even if they participate in no other Christian rituals, and cultural Jews with no real connection to Judaism usually manage to celebrate Passover even if they participate in no other Jewish rituals.

On a completely different note, Passover celebrates the creation of the Jewish people. Before the first Passover, the Children of Israel had a minimal connection to God and limited cohesiveness. With the first Passover, God was revealed to the entire Jewish people. Similarly, Christmas celebrates the birth of Jesus, the origin of Christianity. In each religion, other celebrations focus on revelation and redemption, but these celebrate the start of each of these religions.

What new meaning did Jesus give to the Passover meal?

Our Blessed Lord used the occasion of the Passover to institute the Lord's Supper: the most Holy Eucharist, commonly known as the Mass. The meaning that He gave to it came the following day, on Good Friday, when He offered His life on the cross for the redemption and salvation of all of us. Thus the meaning that He gave it was the sacrifice of Himself upon the cross. This meaning was always there as the old Passover meal re-presented the Passover in Egypt when God saved His people which was to foreshadow the great Passover when God saved His people through the wood of the cross.
