1. They are similar in colour because of the composition of their atmospheres (methane).
2. Unexplored by humans because of the distance
3. They are very cold.
4. They are mostly made of gas.
5. They have very high pressure
Similarities include their bluish color caused by methane in the atmosphere, They also have similar atmospheric compositions, temperatures, magnetic fields, and particle belts.
the voyager 2 found both planets. Both are 4 times larger than earth
Uranus and Neptune are almost identical. Uranus is 3% larger but has less mass. They have basically the same atmospheres. They are both greenish blue because of Methane.
They both have a blue atmosphere.
their atmospheres are the same because they have everything the same in their atmospheres like H2, HE, CH4.
SAME:There are both blue, and they have rings. Different: Neptune has storms, and not tipped on its side unlike Uranus.
uranus is ur butt
Neptune and Uranus
Yes, Neptune does have rings, as to other uniquefeatures, Neptune is an almost exact twin of Uranus. (There are differences in size, and a few other characteristics not worth noting).
Neptune's orbit and Uranus' orbit are never meeting, but Pluto and Neptune do have their orbits cross. :)
Uranus is the seventh planet from the sun, and Neptune is the eighth.
Uranus has 27 moons and Neptune has 13 moons
Neptune is more massive than Uranus, is further from the sun and was discovered after Uranus. Uranus has 27 known and named satellites as well as a ring system. Neptune has 14 known and named satellites, and a faint and fragmented ring system.
Neptune and Uranus both have high concentrations of methane in their atmospheres.
yes...we get uranus and neptune. :) Americans get the moon? we get URANUS AND NEPTUNE.
Neptune and Uranus
Uranus is a greenish blue, and Neptune is blue.
Uranus is bigger than Neptune
Uranus is a little bit bigger if you measure it with Neptune, but even though Uranus is bigger- Neptune is actually heavier if you measure their weight. Which means even if Uranus is bigger, Neptune is heavier.
Yes, Neptune does have rings, as to other uniquefeatures, Neptune is an almost exact twin of Uranus. (There are differences in size, and a few other characteristics not worth noting).
Neptune −201 °C. Uranus −197.2 °C.
They both are blue in colour.
One the main differences is that Neptune has a source of heat deep inside the planet. So, even though it's much further from the Sun, Neptune's surface temperature is about the same as the temperature on Uranus. Also, the heat source is probably the cause of the more active weather systems seem in Neptune's atmosphere. Also, Neptune is denser than Uranus. So, even though Uranus has a slightly larger volume, Neptune has more mass. Uranus has a "weird " tilt. Its axis of rotation is tilted by about 90 degrees. Neptune has a more normal tilt, roughly similar to Earth's.
