LOTS. To me they are pretty much the same, they use different word to express the same fundamental ideas, the unknowing concept.
They both have a lot to do with meditating, living life peacefully, caring for nature, living life as it comes, etc
Hinduism AND Buddhism have many similarities. Such as concept of Moksha (liberation) or Nirvana (Liberation) via meditation.
