you first of all prise of the speaker cover with a small flat headed screwdriver. You then undo the 4 screws look on the back of the speaker and on the connection if will tell you which wire is + and which is - you then cut the plug off with enough left on it so you can fit them back in the future if needed crimp on the new fittings to suit ya new speakers and screw in speakers, pop back covers and enjoy ya new sounds!!!!

i had this problem on mine.i am not so car literate but bear with me.if you look in the engine there is a small cylinder object with a blue wire coming out of it.disconnrct this wire (it just pulls off) spray connection with wd40 reconnect then squeeze together with pliers.might not work but it did for me!
