yes, you have two run a wire from the ignition where the lights are and connect it two the battery, this will power it with out the emobiliser acting as the switch...
I had similar problem with my Scenic, the problem was with the drainage tubes at the front corners being blocked. The Renault car does not come with a hot wired car horn. However, you can splice the wire and hot wire the horn yourself.
try going out through the door at the hinges and fishing the wire through the fender to the engine compartment

if it is a big power wire ( same size as the battery cable ) then it is the earth wire you should find that the battery has one wire going directly on to the engine or chassis there are different arangements the negative wire could be coming directly to the starter and if this is the case then the wire is just earthing the engine but in a lot of cases the starter is getting its ground from the engine and the engine gets its ground from the battery
There is a covered compartment in the boot floor which contains a wire with a plastic handle that you pull to release the parking brake. When the back seats are popped up, the compartment separates the two "holes" that the seats fold into.
