If you mean gold trimmed or just trimmed, you can buy it at the Grand Exchange. They are pretty expensive, but worth it. They look good and give you status. BUT, they do not have boosted stats, as they are just for show. Other armor such as dragon (the red one) and Dharok's (the brown spiky one) or Third age (the white one) are all members, and pretty expensive--above 5M gold coins. Hope I helped!~
The best armor in runescape?
I don't know what the best armor is. The most expensive would be a full third age set. My favorite is a full dragon with dragon full helm, dragon boots, worn-out dragon gauntlets, oynox ring and neacklace or on of the full barrows sets. I really don't think there is a "best".
Is there an ancient armor in RuneScape?
If by "ancient" you are referring to Armour that is linked to the Ancient Magiks or Ancient Curses then I'm afraid no such armor exists. There is however the "Ancient Staff" A weapon you can purchase at any time on the grand exchange but cannot use until you have completed the quest "Desert Treasure". If you are looking for armor with Magic defense/attack stats then there are various types you can use; if you were looking for fairly affordable armor that was relatively good then I would suggest any type of Mystic.
