Every living being such as Human Beings, Reptiles, Mammals etc are complex beings and constitutes billions of cells to come together to become a larger organism than the singular cell like hydra, bacteria etc. Thus we have so many steps in respiration. Each step filters more and more unwanted foreign bodies and gases which are not needed by the body. Each step helps in metabolism of the body which transfers the required resource to the needed region.
At each step, energy is released from glucose. By releasing in a series of steps, organisms can efficiently transform every bit of the energy into one form of stored energy or another. If the energy in nutrients was released all at once, it would be difficult to transform it all, and energy would inevitably be lost. Evolution has driven the process of respiration to be what it is today so that the energy lost in daily reactions can be offset by the most energy extracted from food as possible.
cellular respiration occurs in "multiple" places
Because Biology is complex! Please read the concepts of cell biology, enzymes, cellular respiration.
The steps of cellular respiration are Glycolysis, Pyruvate Oxidation, Krebs Cycle and the Electron Transport Chain. These steps all Glucose to be broken down and produce ATP
Anaerobic means without air, so there is no respiration.
The first step of the process is the digestion.
while respiration implies air, fermentation is an anaerobic (no oxygen) process.
no respiration is a process that happens in an organism
glycolysis
The five steps in the vocal process are:1. Cognition 2. Respiration 3. Phonation 4. Resonation 5. Articulation
Glycolisis Kreb cycle Electron transport chain
The steps of cellular respiration are Glycolysis, Pyruvate Oxidation, Krebs Cycle and the Electron Transport Chain. These steps all Glucose to be broken down and produce ATP
The 2 steps of respiration are;breathing and cellular respiration.
Anaerobic means without air, so there is no respiration.
The steps of cellular respiration is different when it is anaerobic respiration compared to aerobic respiration. The main difference is because aerobic respiration uses oxygen and anaerobic uses other elements but the other steps are similar.
The first step of the process is the digestion.
while respiration implies air, fermentation is an anaerobic (no oxygen) process.
you tell me
anaerobic respiration
no respiration is a process that happens in an organism
