D= Danger - Are they in a safe place for you to help them? If your not sure, when it is safe to do so, move them somewhere else.

R= Response - Ask them questions (i.e. Are you ok? What day is it? - to check their brain strength; What happened?).

A= Airway - Is their airway blocked? If so, take middle finger and try to scoop it out.

B= Breathing - Check if they are breathing. If not, do CPR, but check airways first.

C= CPR - If not breathing, press firmly down on their chest. Do this 10 times or so.

Check if they are breathing. If not call 999 and follow instructions/carry on.

**Do not do mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, EVER**

D= Defibrillator - Schools, Offices, etc. all have them. Trained staff will apply them to non-breathing victims, when instructed.
