don't pass the budget and let the President rule by Executive Action - (IE) executive decree, emergency stimulus et cet, This has worked for 3 years as shown by senate stone walling congressional budgets. This will,, of course, cause much consternation and inflation which will be carried, mostly by the middle class. This is the class which can least afford rising prices and tax increases. Soon the numbers of middle class numbers will dwindle as they join the ranks of those not paying federal taxes (47 percent). This will ensure the success of the democratic party- unfortunately they will be unable to perform the most basic of their other responsibilities like the common defense, infrastructure and, of course, their fiduciary responsibility, to pass budgets and insure tax revenues are spent in a satisfactory manner.
