First you will need to go into the Poké Transfer Lab in Pokémon Black, White, Black 2 or White 2 which can be found in Route 15 and then you will need to talk to the guy; Professor Park who is all the way in the back and after confirming a few prompts the communication signal will be open however you will need 2 DS systems (any model will do) in order to use the Poké Transfer system. In the DS system that has Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold or SoulSilver in it, you'll need to start the system and then select DS Download Play and then you'll need to select the software that it finds and then you'll be able to go into your in-game PC in Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold or SoulSilver so you can select six Pokémon but you cannot select them in the event of them knowing HMs and any Pokémon that you are transferring, in the event of them having holding items then their items will be removed and they will be placed them into Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold or SoulSilver's game and then you will be able to play a mini game in which features a Crossbow-type item firing Poké Balls and you will need to use it in order to fire it at any of your six Pokémon that you are transferring and once you have caught all six of them then you will be asked again regarding your certainty on transferring them, after confirming that you are certain then the transferred Pokémon will be found in your PC in Pokémon Black, White, Black 2 or White 2 however any Pokémon that were not caught in the mini game will be returned to their game and you can keep on trying to transfer them as much as you want to.
