Well you have to be in love and be happy then you both go to bed and relax then you supposedly can pick either ,make out,woohoo or try for baby of course you pick try for baby then when the pregnant sim gets up she will throw up.There are 3 days that she is pregnant,Make sure you take care of the baby or child services will come and take the baby then you cant have any more children!
