It gives the customers a broad variety and would attract more customers as there is something for everyone. It is an easy way to raise money and will get everyone involved It is very easy to organize, easy on the pocket and very fun to do.

As in any business, I swear by the fact that it is the PRODUCT or SERVICE that will ultimately be the measure/gauge of a company's strength, longevity, and success.

Same with a bakery, your products will speak for themselves. If you make delicious products, it won't be long before word gets around and people will pile up. This goes the same as well, if you dish out bad products, the word goes out too to your disadvantage.

Apart from the product, the strength of a bakeshop is the consistency of your products. If you alter the quality or even quantity of ingredients from time to time just to cut corners, it's likely that your regular customers will KNOW about it and won't speak too highly of it. Consistency is key.

Lastly, the strength is the BAKER. If it's you or your family members doing the baking, then you only have your own willingness to work and succeed to worry about. If you're hiring an employee to bake, you can never tell whether he/she has other plans other than to stay and bake for you forever.
