In traditional Hinduism, the Brahmins are the top caste; then come the K'shatriyas, Vaisyas, and Shudras (or Sudras). The Sudra caste is generally considered in the lower socioeconomic class. The members of this caste are servants, manual laborers, or they hold other menial jobs. (They are, however, not considered as low class as the so-called "untouchables.")
The Sudras are the fourth caste in ancient India. They were right below the merchants and other salespeople, but right above the Untouchables, who did the dirty jobs. The Sudras themselves were mostly the farmers in ancient India. They were also other things like cobblers.
Party all night long!

There is no hierarchy in castes; all individuals are considered equal. Caste discrimination is illegal in India. Each person should be treated with respect, regardless of their caste.

Sudras are kind to other sudras but not to lower classes (such as the untouchables). So if a sudra walked up to another Sudra, that Sudra would be kind to that Sudra. If they were a lower caste the Sudra would not respect them as much as they did to the other Sudra.
