If you have symptoms from a confirmed pregnancy and they suddenly disappear altogether you need to see a doctor right away. It could be a sign that you miscarried.
It's normal for symptoms to fluctuate during pregnancy.
Not necessarily. I had no early pregnancy symptoms at all in my second pregnancy, and most women have stopped them by about 12 weeks, you may just be stopping them a bit sooner than average. Asyou are worried talk to your doctor for reassurance.
There clever people who have studied it, gone to uni for ages, they know the symptoms, they are experienced

Six weeks into a pregnancy the uterus is still down behind the pubic symphisis, in the pelvis, so a jump on the tummy wouldn't be a direct hit. However, if you have any symptoms such as bleeding, or your pregnancy symptoms being gone, I would go to the doctor.
My fiance is about 3 months pregnant, and we were wondering the same thing. So we brought the question to our OBGYN. He told us that this early in the pregnancy, the baby is behind your bladder, which is right above your pubic bone. We were looking in the wrong place. Perhaps you are too? When we felt there, it was the answer we were looking for :) this is my second pregnancy an my tummy is hard and round but this was not the case the first time i didnt show till about five months gone
Pregnancy in dreams is not usually interpreted literally. This is more likely a project, plan or even someone's life, that is in a waiting and building phase. If you see the pregnancy going wrong, it could be you thinking that this person has put all their time and effort toward an outcome you do not believe is good for them/sustainable/likely to have a happy ending.
