black exhaust, rough idle, miss in engine, rough operation of vehicle lower performance, higher fuel consupmtion
It won't do anything if the fuel injection goes out. IF the car is running fairly well but knocking, it's not the fuel injectors. You have more serious problems within the engine.
carberator & fuel injection/electronic is different/because one has carb which is better to fix & find out problem less money & other which i own & am having problems with is computer located with a diagnostic tester & may cost more or if tried to fix on own might cause more problems if not handled properly.
This could be a number of problems... Fuel pump problem? Carbuerator / fuel injection problem? Timing problem?
Carburetor, mechanical fuel injection, throttle body electronic fuel injection, ported electronic fuel injection,
fuel injection controlled by a cpu
Fuel injection
fuel injection
Fuel injection.
It depends on the type of injection system you got. Multi port injection system needs 55psi-60psi to operate, Throttle body injection needs somewhere around 45psi anything less then that is a good indecation of a bad fuel pump. A chilton's manuel should specify proper fuel pressure.
Yes -Electronic Fuel Injection
