The symptoms of hypotension (low blood pressure) are a feeling of light-headedness, dizziness, possibly nausea or fainting. They may experience chest pain due to angina cauesd by lack of blood to the heart. The person affected may appear pale and sweaty. They may have a rapid pulse rate.
Hypotension is also known as low blood pressure. Some symptoms of hypotension are blurry vision, confusion, dizziness, weakness, fainting and sleepiness.

The most common symptoms of orthostatic hypotension include weakness, lightheadedness, cognitive impairment, blurred vision, vertigo and tremulousness.

In the context of hypotension, orthostatic hypotension is the same as postural hypotension.
Postural hypotension
This is called hypotension.
The bottom number is diastolic. A diastolic of 60 or lower is a sign of hypotension. However, some people do not have hypotensive symptoms.
