6. Nonvolatile storage: Medium such as EPROM, ROM, hard drive, etc to store your operating system.

7. Operating system: In addition to sending and receiving data to the CPU, the operating system also controls the interface operations of all the components in the system.

8. Monitor: This is the medium normally utilized for seeing the data you are putting in and then the responses from the CPU.

9. Power supply: All these components have to get power from somewhere in order to operate.

10. Video processor: This translates data from the processor into something you can see on the screen.
