This is not a question. There are many different types of hot plates with magnetic stirrers. They are used in physics for many different things when conducting experiments such as melting ice or warming things up.
You set hot things on it so they don't burn a hole in your rubber countertops.

You can put hot things in the refrigerator. But the main job of the refrigeratoris to "refrigerate" ... take heat away from hot things and make them cold. Sothe hot thing that you put in there won't stay hot, unless it's in an insulatedcontainer. Otherwise, it'll turn into a cold thing.

Hot things get cooler, and cold things get warmer, because they exchange heat with their surroundings. A "cool bag", whatever that is, is apparently designed in such a way as to prevent that (probably it's insulated).
