Breaking wudu means losing the state of ritual purity in Islam. It can happen through actions like using the bathroom, passing gas, or falling asleep. In such cases, one must perform ablution (wudu) again before performing any further acts of worship or prayer.
Wudu or minor ablution is to make the intention for wudu and then mainly washing your face three times, washing your arms starting with the right arm; up to and covering the joint; three times each, wiping your head or part of it, washing your feet;up to and covering the ankle; starting with the right foot, three times each. There are other sunnah doings in Wudu. That is before washing face you wash your mouth three times then your nose three times and before washing your feet you wash your ears and your neck back.
