The renal corpuscle filtration barrier is composed of: the fenestrated endothelium of glomerular capillaries, the fused basal lamina of endothelial cells and podocytes, and the filtration slits of the podocytes.
endothelium of glomerulus, dense layer of glomerulus, and podocyte filtration slits.
The filtration obstructions in the renal corpuscle are made up of three overlays. It has to go through the endothelium of glomerulus, dense layer of glomerulus and podocyte filtration slits.

There is no chemical bond as such between lipid bi-layers. A chemical bond would not allow the membrane to be flexible and dynamic. The two layers are held together through hydrophobic interactions

Pacinian corpuscle
When a rocket is launched, it travels through atmosphere. It has to travel through all layers.
The skin has specialized sensors that are imbeded into it such as: Hair follicle endings: responds to hair displacement ruffini endings: responding to pressure on the skin krause corpuscle: responding to pressure on the lips or tongue Pacinian corpuscle: which responds to vibration in deep layers of dermis Messiner corpuscle: which responds to vibration in the dermis of glabrous skin or free nerve endings: which respond to mechhanical thermal or noxious stimulaiton all of these receptors pick up things from the environment and send them to the brain for perception and identification.
The clouds that are known to extend through all the layers are the cumulonimbus clouds. They can do this because they are stacked vertically.
A fault is necessarily younger than faults it cuts through; it could not have happened if the layers were not there first.

Layers are pictures stacked one to another, Layers can contain transparent pixels so you can see through Layer above what is on Layer below.
Layers of rocks and they can 'climb through time' it's pretty cool, actually(:
