What are the timing marks for a 2001 catera 3.0 . Also does it always bend the valves when it jumps time.What is the process to change belt if it has jumped?

The marks should be on the timing cover, there should be 4 grooves on the timing cover at the top, 2 on each side, then you align the cam gears with the marks. Make sure the numbers on the gears are in their respective places- 1,2,3,4.
