Sociopaths have a number of traits that include:

1. Glib, Charm, Charisma and smoothness. They will never be tongue-tied, they will be funny, engaging, attractive, etc.

2. Outspoken, unafraid to speak their minds and the truth regardless of whoever feelings get hurt.

3. A lack of empathy, remorse, guilt, emotions or feeling for others, they will act as if they care about a tragedy but deep down they could care less about anyone.

4. Arrogance, they believe they are the only one that matters and that they are a superior human.

5. Early trouble, they tend to have early issue including, theft, lying, cheating, etc.

6. Juvenile trouble, relating to number five, Sociopaths also show problems with stealing, drinking, drugs, lying, stealing, cheating, inappropriate sexual promiscuity, etc. Also between the ages of 14-18. After 18 that's just college life.

7. Pride, Sociopaths show a great deal of pride that goes back to arrogance. They show a great deal of smugness in committing and getting away with crimes, regardless of whether they were suspected or not. This also leads them to their downfall as they are often braggarts who brag about their wrongdoings and tend to seek recognition for their success while avoiding the consequences.

8. Impulsiveness or Irrational behavior, they act and think irrational, they would jump into a situation without thinking of the consequences, they would love to get into a fight and even pull a weapon if they thought they could get away with it.

9. Prone to boring time, Sociopaths like stimulation, they like constant action, which makes them do poorly in long-term projects. They like a quick-paced activity to do or dislike just hanging about.

10. Irresponsibility, Sociopaths tend to avoid responsibility for crimes/wrongdoings as they believe it will reflect on their, "Superior person" attitude.

These are only one of many signs for a basic Sociopath, not including a Psychopath, Sadistic Sociopath, A true Sociopath, High-functioning Sociopath, etc.

P.S. If you are looking at this because you want to tell some people that you are a sociopath to be cool and to gain benefit that they have such as being manipulative, good lying abilities, grandeur charm and smooth tongue, etc. Just die in a hole filled you the ashes of your family because you are one attention-seeking, narcissistic, insecure, desperate fool.

2. deception, as indicated by repeatedly lying, use of aliases, or conning others for personal profit or pleasure;
3. impulsiveness or failure to plan ahead;
4. irritability and aggressiveness, as indicated by repeated physical fights or assaults;
5. reckless disregard for safety of self or others;
6. consistent irresponsibility, as indicated by repeated failure to sustain consistent work behavior or honor financial obligations;
7. lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to orrationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another;
