you may slow down your methabolism and once you start eating normal your body will try to store more fat in reserve, the best is to have diet prepared individually for you by dietologist you may put pressure on your kidneys if you are loosing too much water and not drinking enough

Fad diets are bad for so many reasons. Many fad diets limit the number of different types of food you can eat. Your body does not get enough vitamins and minerals to stay healthy. Also, you become bored with the same kind of food, making it difficult to stay on the diet.

Many fad diets shed pounds too quickly. After using up your glycogen, you will begin losing weight from you body's tissues. Many times you lose as much protein (from your muscles) as you lose fat.

Weight rarely stays off for long periods of time with fad diets. Instead, you gain back your weight, BUT this time it is usually as fat. You are left with more fat and less protein that you started with. Yo-yo dieting messes up your metabolism and can raise the levels of cholesterol in the blood, increasing the risk of heart problems.

Well true concerns of dieting are if your overweight (depending on your age and height). Concerns while on dieting are not enough calories a day,stress,not good for your health.The healthiest way to lose weight is excercise..

if you loose to much weight you can get obsesed and become anarexic, also if your quite young your body may still be developing it wont be good if you diet and loose quite alot of weight.
