These two reactions are:
1. Light reaction or Hill Reaction- in which the photolysis of water takes place to form energy rich compounds like NADPH2 & ATP and O2 is liberated from water.
2. Dark reaction or Blackman reaction- in which the CO2 is assimilated to form carbohydrates by utilizing the energy from the compounds of Hill reaction.
It can also be called photosynthesis in the light-dependent stage and light-independent stage (dark stage).
How is each compound used in a chemical reaction with cellular respiration and photosynthesis?
enchances
Probable "each reaction" is each reactant; coefficients are used.
There are thousands if not millions of Industrial Reactions going on all over this planetThere are hundreds of different factors which do affect each of the Industrial ReactionsThe question is simple the answer is not
Water carbon nitrogen
How is each compound used in a chemical reaction with cellular respiration and photosynthesis?
enchances
They are opposite to each other .
The ratio is different for each type of reaction.
Dehydration reaction because it removes the water.
curiosity
No. Each reaction will generally have different elements.
People have different reaction times because everyone is a little unique. Each personÕs brain is wired differently, which affects their movement.
The process of photosynthesis is a chemical change, and it can therefore be expressed in the form of a chemical equation: 6CO2 + 6H2O --> 6O2 + C6H12O6. The law of conservation of matter, which is the underlying principle of stoichiometry, tells us that glucose is in a 1:6 ratio with the other reagents in the photosynthesis reaction. In any chemical reaction equation, the number of atoms of each element must be the same on either side of the arrow.
The reaction for Photosynthesis = Light Energy + CO2 + H2O ----> Carbohydrate + O2 The reaction for C. Respiration = Carbohydrate + O2 -----> Energy + CO2 + H20 These reactions are the exact opposites of each other. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Photosynthesis - 6CO2 + 6H2O ---> C6H12O6 + 6O2 Cellular Respiration - C6H12O6 + 6O2 ---> 6CO2 + 6H2O Note that energy is used although it is not included in the chemical equation.
Aristotle
In order for photosynthesis to occur, one of the reactant needs to be CO2 (carbon dioxide). In the Calvin cycle (which is apart of the photosynthesis), CO2 is needed to be combined with RuBP to start the reaction. So without CO2, the reaction won't occur.
