The two types of improvisation are synotonic and nanotonic

Synotonic- synotonic is really good in a play because you don't say your speaking part you mime it which is just moving your lip's

Nanotonic- nanotonic is really good in freeze frames because you don't speak you just open and close your mouth like your speaking.
