milk and fruits i.e apple,mangoetc
We need protein and minerals to keep bones strong.
Besides the main classes of polymers, nutrients essential for health include vitamins, minerals, and water. Vitamins are essential for various biological functions, minerals are needed for structural support and proper physiological functions, and water is crucial for hydration, temperature regulation, and nutrient transport in the body.
Plants grow from what they need is the sun, soil, water, and the nutrients in the soil.
The five main nutrients are Carbohydrates, Protein, Vitamins, Minerals and Fats. Fibre is not a nutrient, but we do need it to help digestion (although you can't actually digest fibre itself!)
nutrients and minerals
if you mean about the nutrients need, its mostly calcium.other than that you need iron and vitamins too.calcium is rich in small fish like sprats, and you can get other nutrients through vegetables and fruits.you also have to exercise regularly to have strong bones.
Your body needs certain minerals to build strong bones and teeth and turn the food you eat into energy. As with vitamins, a healthy balanced diet should provide all the minerals your body needs to work properly. Essential minerals include calcium, iron and potassium.Vitamins and minerals are considered essential nutrients—because acting in concert, they perform hundreds of roles in the body. They help shore up bones, heal wounds, and bolster your immune system. They also convert food into energy, and repair cellular damage.
Nutrition gives you all the nutrients and minerals that you need throughout the day.
Protein,fats,carbohydrates,minerals and vitamins.
There are 14 essential plant nutrients. Carbon and oxygen are obtained from the atmosphere, and the other nutrients are absorbed from the soil.

Absolutly, well sorta, all tissues of the body need oxygen to survive. but what most people think of as bones are just the hard calcium and mineral structure that is left behind when we perish. however inner area's of the bone called marrow need oxygen to make blood cells. their are also cells in bone called osteoblasts which constantly build bone and osteoclasts which constantly break down bone these cells in a nutshell keep the bones in good repair. to do their job they need oxygen. do the minerals that make bones hard and durable need oxygen? nope. dose everything else in bones need it ? absolutly
