Wear sunscreen and drink plenty of water when you get done exercising. obviously wear clothing that will keep you cool and also protect you from the sun. I try to avoid the heat of the day and exercise when its morning or night because it's usually cooler but if it's unavoidable the key is to stay hydrated.
Not to get dehydrated or overheated.
