Under the UCMJ your rights are a privilege granted by the UCMJ and not protected by an appeal to the provisions of the Constitution for the united States.

3. Martial Law Rule. This aspect of Martial Law puts the civilian population under the exclusive direction of the Congress. Does anyone question the reason Congress uses the word "war" when singling out a perceived social ill. There are so many other adjectives that can be used why use the word war. Does not a declared war place the population under Martial Law? Does the declaration of war not put the entire country in a combat zone? Think about it.
