I was just searching how to prevent mould, & seen this so I decided to comment what I know since we are learning about it in science, it is best to put it in a lunchbox, where a lot of sunlight and heat is present. the procedure takes a few weeks tho, but its faster when put in a stuffy , hot , damp environment.

hope I was some help :) I did an assignment in year 8 to grow mould & that's what I did, it worked.
