Cigarettes only in sealed packs with NY tax stamp on bottom. Lighters must NOT be adjustable. Canes, walkers and wheel-chairs are allowed. All kinds of rules about foods allowed. Everything must be factory sealed - NO HOMEMADE FOODS. Best to just bring money. Not enough handicapped parking up by entrance; everyone else parks far away and walks.
