Weapons are not needed.

Employers own the jobs, and hire whom they wish. Employers must acknowledge the union who wins the secret ballot election and negoptiate a contract.

In negotiation, the union cannot GET anything the employer cannot or will not GIVE. For everything the union demands it must be prepared to give something up, or it is not negotiating. If the union refuses to negotiate any mandatory bargainingh item, it commits a federal offense.

If a union strikes for pay or other economic reasons, the strikers can be permanently replaced.

When a union tries to organize a shop, management quickly starts a Propaganda and intimidation campaign. They tell employees that union promises are empty and tell them how lucky they are to be with the company. And management is not above threatening employees to scare them from signing onto the union.
