I think 'wellness' is a health issue, not a religious issue.
Each family decides regarding their mode of wellness.
Some might decide to exercise; anothers work schedule may not make it too feasable for them.
Some enjoy gardening organically; others simply buy whatever produce is on sale in the grocery store.
Some might go to a chiropractor; others may not.
Some may enjoy health foods; others like burgers and fries w/ a shake.
Some do the gluten free stuff; others don't.
Some run to the doctor for every little ache and pain; others wait till they get a surprise heart attack.
When I axed my finger, I patched it together myself; most would have gone to the doctor for stitches.
When my mother gets her teeth worked on (including pulled) she takes no pain shots; I make sure I get the full dose.
I mean, we are encouraged to take care of our health; but we don't monitor each other. A religious organization might provide some good practical guidance as a sideline; but beyond that . . . . .
