Made from 1959 to present, however you can only get the "s" mint mark in proof set now. Cents don't now and have never had a P mint mark. They're currently the only denomination made in Philadelphia without a mint mark. Lincoln memorial cents have been struck at Denver every year since 1959.

San Francisco also made cents for circulation from 1968 to 1974. These turn up in change once in a while but don't have any extra value unless they're in nearly-new condition. BTW, coins are said to be struck or minted, not "stamped", and the word "printed" applies to things made with paper and ink like dollar bills.
