A Lymph Node can be found either alone or in groups all through out your body. However, the main 3 groups of lymph nodes can be found in the neck, under the arm, and in the groin. Healthy lymph nodes are usually unsensitive to touch.

Neck lymph nodes are found on either side of the neck, under your chin, or behind the ears.

Underarm lymph nodes are found under the arms, and may feel like little bumps. This can happen when the lymph node has become enlarged. Most commonly, a lymph node will swell up or enlarge under the arms due to an infection.

Groin lymph nodes can have several causes. Swelling of the lymph node in the groin area can, same as underarm, occur due to an infection, or also due to a drug reaction, certain viruses, cancer, hernia, etc.
