because I wanna a lot of money and I can judge people
Another view:
Right now the legal market (at least in the US) is tanking, hard. In almost every state, there are more lawyers passing the bar each year than there are open legal jobs. The situation is the worst in "hot" legal markets like New York, California, and Texas. The recession has created an increasing divide between the "haves" at the large, profitable law firms or smaller, elite boutiques, and the "have-nots" at small law firms and solo practitioners. Unless you are confident you are smart enough and will work hard enough to be at the top of your class or get into one of the elite law schools, now is a bad time to try to become a lawyer if the only thing you care about is money.
So why would someone want to be a lawyer? Basically, the answer today is "for any reason other than money." If you truly believe in protecting civil rights, or prosecuting criminals, or if you like participating in a service industry and working with people to sort out their legal affairs. Perhaps you like the drama and thrill of taking on a crisis situation, then you might make a good trial attorney. Or perhaps you care a lot about the welfare of kids - you might make a good children's advocate.
Another big advantage about being a lawyer is that you get to "skip the line" a bit. Instead of toiling for years at a low end job, you basically jump right into the deep end of the pool. If you land a firm job, you get a desk, an office, a secretary, and all the responsibilities that go with that. You get treated like an executive: free business lunches, travel for meetings, if you stay late they hire you a livery cab to take you home. Its a lot of status, especially for those who graduate at 25-28, when many of their college peers are still just starting to run up the career ladder.
None that I can think of. Unless you're willing to sell your soul for a couple of quick bucks, keeping in mind that you better have finished within the top 1/3rd of your law school class and you better be willing to be treated the same as any random employee in a cubicle, only with a better paycheck.
Three reasons to be a lawyer is one if you like to give advice to persons then this is the job for you. Also if you feel that there needs a change in a couple of things then a lawyer is what you should be!!!!

Some qualities that an alimony lawyer should possess are experience, good communication, and ethics. It is also important that the lawyer be dedicated to the client and is affordable.

A lawyer can use a motion to dismiss during a hearing if they believe that the case lacks legal merit, there are procedural defects, or there is insufficient evidence to support the claims being made. This motion asks the judge to dismiss some or all of the charges against the defendant.
You need a very good lawyer for starts. It is not easy to sue CPS unless you have some really good evidence against them and lots of it. If you have this information then your next thing would be to find a really good rated Family Law lawyer.
There are a number of websites that offer reviews of lawyers. I am not sure where you live, but I am sure if you research lawyer reviews in your area you should be able to get some good information. You can also try to ask around some of the people you know to see if they have heard anything (good or bad) about a particular lawyer.
