Thomsons model described protons to be a large jelly which was positively charged and had negatively charged electrons embedded in it whereas rutherfords model showed protons being in a small nucleus and electrons orbiting around it

The quantum model uses shells to represent the electrons' location within an atom. These are known as electron clouds. Rutherford suggested that electrons traveled in random path which was contradicted with shells later on.

The Bohr model is successful explaining simple atomic systems, but falls short of explaining more complex atomic behavior.

Bohr is an early, simplified model of today's Quantum model which shows that atomic behavior is similar to predicting human behavior. When following one human and trying to predict individual behavior, it is impossible to attain accuracy since Jonny could fall down or crash any time and break an arm. However, if you stand back and view human behavior in a larger statistic, then predictions can be more accurately made. You can predict the number of broken arms with greater accuracy, including the likelihood of certain types of causes.

Actually Bohr's model was the first quantum model of an atom. Its just that it wasn't precise and had lots of holes in it. Then the works of Plank Schrodinger Heisenberg deBroglie etc. brought the structure of the atom to light.
