The Animalia Kingdom is one of 6 Kingdoms of organisms. The other 5 kingdoms are: Plantae, Fungi, Protista, Archaea and Bacteria. Like the name suggests, the animalia kingdom is made up of animals!
Animals, like the flamingo shown here, have a wide variety of characteristics. For example, animals can have 2 legs (birds), 4 legs (dogs), 5 legs (starfish), 6 legs (insects), 8 legs (Spiders or octopi),...even no legs (fish)! They can have fur, feathers, scales, skin, shells, or other coverings. Some animals feed their babies milk, others do not. While many animals walk, some fly, swim, slither, or hop! But inspite of all their differences, animals also share many characteristics. On this page, we'll explore some about what makes an animal an animal.
The two major divisions are vertebrates(with spinal cord) and invertebrates(without spinal cord).
Any two groups? How about Odd-Twoed Ungulates and Even-Toed Ungulates.
Chordates and invertebrates. Not all chordates have a backbone, so not all chordates are vertebrates.

Some of the main groups of the Kingdom Animalia includes Porifera (sponges), Deuterostomes (eg. sea urchins, fish, reptiles, mammals), Ecdysozoa (insects, crabs), Platyzoa (eg. flatworms) and Lophotrochozoa (eg. snails, leeches).
mamilia, reptilia
The animal kingdom is divided into two major groups vertebrates and invertebrates. Vertebrates have a backbone and invertebrates does not have a backbone.
this group is called invertebrates and vertebrates :)
Archeobactetia
I guess these are two sub-division of an animal kingdom. Invertebrates. Vertebrates.
Warm blooded and cold blooded
The kingdom Fungi is separated into two main groups: macrofungi (such as mushrooms) and microfungi (such as yeasts and molds).
The plant kingdom is divided into two different subgroups. These two subgroups are referred to as the vascular group and the non-vascular group.
The two highest level taxa in the Linnaean system are the kingdom and phylum, except in plants, which have divisions instead of phyla.
The two main groups of carbohydrates are starch and sugars.
